Chefs Under Fire Contest Ignites On Nov 30th

3 Iron Chefs Challengers…1 night only…1 fierce competition! The Chefs Under Fire™ event is being hosted by Keeper Collection, LLC and Plate & Vine Interactive Cookbook.  Contestants will you have the opportunity to prepare specially selected recipes from real-life Iron Chef America Challengers Chef David Bull (of Bolla at the Stoneleigh Hotel & Spa), Chef Tyson Cole (of UCHI), and Chef Kent Rathbun (of Jaspers & Abacus), selected finalists will present their dish in person for tasting and judging purposes to these Celebrity Chefs. 

When these chefs are not competing on Iron Chef America, they are leading the trends of the Texas culinary scene with their recipe contributions to the one-of-a-kind Plate & Vine Interactive Cookbook.  Each chef has personally selected one of his Plate & Vine Interactive Cookbook recipes for you to prepare.

bullironchefpicture1Chef David BullChicken & Pancetta Cacciatore.  Use your creativity with The Chicken & Pancetta Cacciatore recipe as a base to prepare a dish in your own unique style.  Chef Bull has selected 4 required ingredients from his Cacciatore, and the rest is up to you! 

 coleironchefpictureChef Tyson ColeUchiviche. Chef Cole has released this UCHI sashimi favorite for you to spice up on your own! Using 2 ingredients and 2 sauces from the traditional Uchiviche recipe, add your own flare to make it something unique that will catch the keen eye of Chef Cole.

rathbunironchefpicChef Kent RathbunWood Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Peach Barbeque Sauce.  This is your chance to showcase your best barbeque sauce! Prepare pork tenderloin and present it to Chef Rathbun with your own signature barbecue sauce – can you top his Peach Barbeque Sauce?
